Our Returns Policy

1. Terms and Conditions of Sale
A contract of sale will exist when we accept your order. Your order will be accepted by way of a confirmatory e-mail. This confirmation shall contain information regarding the goods ordered, the cost of the goods, details of Invoice and Delivery Address. You must check these details contained in the e-mail and we advise you to print and keep a hard copy of it.

2. Delivery
We aim to dispatch the goods ordered by you within 2-7days upon receipt and authorization of you payment. However if you pay by cheque/postal order, please bear in mind it can take a few days for the post to reach us, also allowing for weekends and Bank Holidays.

Shipments to Northern Ireland , the Highlands of Scotland and Eire can take an extra day or two. Goods will be dispatched to the postal address you have given in your order. Please note we will not dispatch to PO Box addresses. We will make the necessary arrangements for dispatching and delivering the goods to you. Should there be no-one at the address to take delivery, our courier will leave a card, giving full instructions for you to re-arrange a more convenient time of delivery.

3. Cancellation
If, for any reason, you want to cancel your order with us, you are able to do so at anytime before the goods are dispatched by e-mailing us at the following address at sales@pocketbikez.co.uk Once you have received the goods you will be able to return them to us at your own cost, unused, within 7 working days from the date the goods are delivered to you. When the goods are received by us by return, we shall debit any sum back onto your credit/debit card as soon as possible, provided that the goods have been returned to us in the same condition that they were delivered to you, unless any damage was reported as per section 4. Faulty and Damaged Goods.

4. Faulty and Damaged Goods
In the unusual event that you should receive goods from us that are damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours at sales@pocketbikez.co.uk . All damaged goods or defective goods shall be returned in their original packaging to our address under section 1.

5. Safety Information
We strongly advise that proper safety equipment should be worn at all times. The use of these powered vehicles could involve the risk of injury. Always use common sense when operating your bike/dirt bike/ ATV etc. Correct maintenance must be carried out on all goods supplied by us. We will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred while operating the bike/dirt bike/ ATV etc.

6. Warranties
We offer a 28 day warranty against parts ( Manufacturing Default ) excluding labour and carriage. This warranty shall commence on the date of delivery. This warranty will not cover any loss, damage or injury caused by your neglect, misuse, abuse, wear and tear or accident howsoever arising.
